A guarantee tied to measurable work and measurable improvement.

The guarantee is for students who complete the required study plan, stay active through the full window, and provide a valid baseline and comparison result.

Eligibility requirements

  1. A baseline score (or qualifying diagnostic) must be documented before the guarantee window begins.
  2. Required study activity must be completed consistently throughout the program period.
  3. A qualifying follow-up result must be provided within the active guarantee window.

How participation is evaluated

  • Practice completion and test attempt records.
  • Review behavior on missed and flagged questions.
  • Use of assigned study workflows versus incomplete or partial usage.

What can invalidate eligibility

  • Missing baseline documentation.
  • Insufficient activity relative to required thresholds.
  • Follow-up score outside the guarantee window.
  • Inability to verify that qualifying conditions were met.

If conditions are met and score does not improve

If a student satisfies all published requirements for a qualifying plan and still does not meet the defined improvement standard, Budy.Study will honor the guarantee based on the active purchase terms.
